| Merlin Prints has been established for the purpose of providing a comprehensive range of antique and vintage reproduction prints to the market. We conduct a continuing search for quality prints and seek to ensure our clients are provided with the widest choice of the best available offerings. Where a client specifies a requirement which is not shown on our site, we will conduct a search for the purpose of meeting that requirement. |

| Print Quality |
| We have taken care to ensure our prints are of the highest quality. Where copyright permits reproduction, the paper type selected is identical to or close as possible to the original printing. Otherwise the reproduction is laid down on museum quality fine art paper. |

| Print Sizes |
| Measurements are of the image itself, excluding any text area or surrounding margin. All prints are provided with a minimum of five centimetres (two inches) margin surrounding the image. Any exception to the foregoing would be noted in the print description. Where the client has a particular size requirement and reproduction is outside copyright, we will seek to meet that requirement on request. |

| Print Descriptions |
| The available prints are described as completely as possible, although some minor abbreviations may occur due to limited space. Fuller descriptions, if required, are available on request. Where our desciption is found to be incorrect or misleading, we will, on request, provide a full refund or agree on a replacement. |

| Placing Orders |
| To place an order go to the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages. Receipt and approval of your credit card details (or confirmed payment via alternative agreed arrangements) is considered a confirmed order.
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Our web site uses a secure server connection where the relevant details are encrypted. This service ensures your transaction is secure at all times.
If you wish to make alternative payment arrangements this would be subject to prior agreement. You may provide your credit card details by phone or email, or pay using a Bank Transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order. Confirmation of the order will be dependent upon acceptance by our Bank. We will notify the client if any problem arises in respect of the payment method chosen. |

| Prices and Currency |
| All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, with the Pound Sterling, Euro and US Dollar equivalents also being shown. The conversion rates are updated on a daily basis and if you are located in any of those currency regions, the conversion amount provides a good indication of the amount that will appear in your credit card statement. If the amount shown is not reasonably equivalent, the client has the option of notifying us and receiving a refund on return of the ordered items. |

| Shipping and Packing |
| All orders are shipped within two to five days of receipt of order and confirmation of payment. Most items are sent by normal airmail post. Items are typically rolled and packed in a strong plastic tube, otherwise in a stiffened flat pack.
For orders less than $100 Australian Dollars (or equivalent), the basic airmail postage/shipping charge for printed matter will be added to the cost of the print. There will be no additional surcharge.
Where the value of the order is over $100 Australian Dollars the packing and shipping will be free of charge. |

| Guarantee and Return |
| We guarantee the prints will be provided as described. Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for any reason. A full refund will be provided (excluding postage), provided the item is received in the condition purchased. |
